We would take a picture of Sam- he's NINE MONTHS OLD, but the digital camera I've
had forever lost the "auto" part of "auto-focus". Now it's
permanent "outa-focus". So I decided to do a little
surgery to see if I could save it. The surgery turned out
to be more of an autopsy than a repair.
We declared the
old faithful camera dead at 7:52 PM Tuesday evening.
* Moment of silence, please. *
OK, I was going to take a
picture of the dead camera in pieces, but after thinking
that thought thru, I didn't think it would work out.
She was a good camera, went everywhere with me, always there for me when I needed her. My first trip to the Oshkosh Airshow. On a special occasion I remember buying her a new memory card, with way more room. She took great pictures of my kids, left stars in my eyes after every flash. . . /sniffle/. Then there was the time when I went out to one of those exotic battery shops and got her some of those rechargeable nickle-metal batteries. She wore size AA, four of them. . . /sniffle/. Oh, I wanted the world for her, and even though she never got that tri-pod I promised her, she never complained. Where ever she went, people smiled for her, she was so beautiful! How will I ever make it with out my 3 megapixal friend.
Are there any digital camera dating services?
