Tree Frog Adventure

Ang's version: The evening had just turned dark as we were on our way home from running errands. I had the car window open because the evening air was a cool and refreshing change from the air conditioner. I had just turned my head from looking out the window to facing forward when out of my peripheral vision I saw something come flying at me from the sky. It landed smack dab on my mouth sealing it like a piece of duct tape. My first reaction if I can remember right was grabbing the cold wet slimly thing and throwing it away from me. Ace's reaction was WHAT! WHAT! WHAT! What is wrong?! I quickly turned on the car light above me to look what just attacked me and found a tree frog on my lap. Ace's comment "He was trying to kiss me and turn me into a frog." HA HA very funny. Well Snakes last month and now frogs this month.

Ace’s version: We were just pulling out of a parking lot when my wife, without warning, starts screaming and doing this hi-speed karate chopping motion in front of her face. I calmly asked if there was a problem as I pulled over to offer assistance. She was breathing abnormally, and twisting in unusual positions for being seat-belted into the right seat of a car. After some coaxing, she finally answered, “a tree frog landed on my lips!” We found the offending frog in the box of cookies we were sharing. I carefully took a non-frog cookie before responding to her adrenaline inducing antics, “maybe frogs have a fairytale about the hero frog kissing a princes and her turning into a frog.” I put the car back in gear, and we drove home uneventfully.

I was a little jealous of the frog.

Ang - you're just turning into a jungle animal expert!! Very humorous rendition of BOTH sides of the story. I must say that you all do have crazy things happen to you. :)
