Ace just had his progress report.
They said he is half way thru the maintenance part of his training
and, he is doing great!

Ace is showing me the patch he just made for the airplane. There was a hole in the plane where a camera was attached and used to take pictures.The plane that he is working on is being refurbished to go to Senegal. I think it is a Cessna 182? If I said that right I get a gold star for the day! I can't verify it since Ace is already in bed for the night. I'm sure some of you are wondering what kind of plane it is. :-) It took me a while just to figure out that the plane was on it's side. He,He!
I'm continuing with my Tuesday ladies class.
Kathie and Ellen are talking to us about what it is like as pilot/mechanic wife and being a missionary. A lot of it we already heard in Missionary Training but it is good stuff and I so enjoy listing to the stories from lots of experience. I always walk away from the wives class on fire to go to the mission field.
Cherokee comes to class with me too and sometimes she is a distraction with her cuteness.

I'm happy to hear you're all doing well with training and getting ready to go to the mission field. I think I'd be distracted with Cherokee's cuteness too! :-)
Does that class travel? Heather could use the advice for now and for when we go to the mission field. lol
