4:00 A.M.

Sunrise service at the Chambers Ranch. Sam and Piper trying to stay warm. Sam was very crabby. He is not a morning person.

Staying warm
The view of the mountains was very beautiful.
Waiting for the sun to peak above the mountains.
The service just got over and the sun was seconds away from appearing.
After the service about 66 people piled into the Chambers home for breakfast.
We enjoyed egg casserole, fruit salad, ham, muffins, hot chocolate, coffee, and OJ it was delicious!
Thanks Chambers!

Mrs Chambers also gave all the children an Easter Basket filled with a few treats.
One of the Chambers Bulls, there are no fences to separate us from him.
Hmmm..... No red Easter Clothes please!

The children in their Easter finest.
An Easter treat sent to us from Nana & Pa Yum! Thank You Nana & Pa!
We didn't have time to boil eggs, this year, so we colored raw eggs. We only cracked 4 eggs, not to bad, and they were salvageable. I'm almost thankful for colored raw eggs instead of boiled ones. My children really love to color eggs and each child colors a dz. That a lot of hard boiled eggs to eat.

Seeing your post brought back good memories of our Easters in Venezuela. We would always have a family sunrise service on one of the sand dunes. Looks like you made some great memories together celebrating Easter.

Can't someone make the sunrise at ..say 8am? It would just seem so much nicer??

Wait a minute. Do I see that Piper is no longer the tallest? It sure looks like that.
